Acting as both a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, the Critical Risk Management Specialist demonstrates the practical value of our solutions, particularly Critical Risk Management (CRM), through virtual and in-field interactions in Italy and internationally. They gather customer insights, stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings remain relevant and impactful. • Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences, and share insights with the sales and product teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fatality and serious injury prevention and risk management, and provide relevant insights to the sales team.

  • Support the sales team to deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintenance and growth of product and solutions revenue

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in operational safety and risk management in construction, electricity utilities or other infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience working in contractor and subcontractor environments, particularly within the above industries.
  • Strong understanding of safety management systems, with a focus on fatality prevention and critical risk controls.
  • In particular, experience in fatality and serious injury prevention and familiarity with critical controls would be a strong advantage.
  • Practical experience applying safety principles in the field and ability to translate these into meaningful product demonstrations and communicate clearly with front line workers.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, both virtually and in person, including frontline workers and executives.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Skilled in gathering customer insights and feeding them back into product and sales strategies.
  • Solid understanding of industry regulations and trends related to serious injury and fatality prevention.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across teams such as sales, product, and customer success.
  • Commercial awareness to support sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in both Italian and English, including the ability to translate complex safety and critical risk concepts into clear, practical language for diverse audiences.
