Junior Tester (QA) at Exerizon | Full Remote | B2B

About the Role

At Exerizon, quality isn't an afterthought — it's built into every stage of delivery. We're looking for a Junior Tester to join our team and help make sure the systems and data platforms we build for customers meet a high bar. You'll work side by side with developers, business analysts, and architects across SAT and UAT cycles, write precise test cases, and help us bring modern, AI-assisted practices into our day-to-day testing. If you're early in your QA journey but already have solid hands-on experience — and you want to grow in a technically demanding, fast-moving environment — this one's for you.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAT and UAT testing
• A clear grasp of the test pyramid concept and familiarity with test automation principles
• Preferably, experience with AI tools that support the SDLC
• Working knowledge of ISTQB fundamentals (certification is a plus)
• Ability to write clear, accurate, and thorough test cases
• Basic SQL and test automation skills
• Experience working with technical and business documentation
• Polish and English in professional capacity
