The full posting
As a Junior Data Analyst in the Finance Analytics team, you'll turn data into answers for the business. Most of your work will be supporting the finance department with ad hoc requests: pulling and preparing data with SQL, maintaining and improving existing reporting and reconciliation scripts, checking data quality, and explaining what the numbers show.
You'll also take part in research on unit economics and plan-vs-actual, build dashboards and data marts, and work with stakeholders from finance, commercial, marketing, and product teams. The company is strongly data-driven and has a modern tech stack, so the role is a great fit for someone early in their analytics career who wants to grow fast, enjoys working with numbers, and wants to understand how a travel-tech business really makes money.
6–12 months of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a finance-related role with hands-on data work. Internships count. Confident SQL skills, including joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregations, and data quality checks.
Experience with at least one BI tool. We use Tableau and Metabase. Good Excel skills, including lookup and array functions, pivot tables, and charts.
Understanding of key business metrics such as GMV, ARPU, margin, conversion, and revenue. English at B2 level or higher. Ability to work in the GMT+3 time zone.
Nice to have Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, plotly, seaborn, matplotlib). Interest in finance, such as P&L, cost structure, and unit economics, or a related degree. Hands-on use of AI tools, such as agents, to speed up your work.
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely. Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together. A structured onboarding, a personal development plan, and regular internal lectures and demos from the team.
Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities. Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences. Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
Corporate prices on hotels and travel services. MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
