About DysrupIT

DysrupIT is a consulting-led technology firm. We help mid-market to enterprise businesses solve business problems through technology, whether that's consulting, execution, managed services, or staff augmentation, we take accountability for the outcome. We are dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Company Culture

At DysrupIT, success isn't measured in headcount placed or hours billed, it's measured in outcomes delivered. We're a team that takes ownership of the work, stays curious about problems beyond our immediate scope, and builds relationships meant to grow, not just renew or end. We invest in our people with the training and support they need to grow their careers, and we back a culture where everyone, regardless of role, is encouraged to notice opportunities, ask one more question, and help lead the story for our clients, not just deliver it.

Job Summary

DysrupIT is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Business Analyst with main focus in proposal writing. You will turn client needs and solution ideas into clear, persuasive proposal decks that help us win new work.

Beyond proposals, you will support a range of other activities, including business development (such as identifying leads), marketing, research and writing LinkedIn posts. This role suits someone early in their career who is organised, proactive, comfortable working across multiple streams, and enjoys writing and problem-solving.

  • Level: Junior to Mid-Level
  • Location: Philippines
  • Work setup: Fully remote
  • Work schedule: Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)

Job Responsibilities

Proposal writing (primary focus)

  • Write and design PowerPoint-based proposals, pitch decks and client presentations.
  • Work with consultants and leadership to turn client needs and solution ideas into persuasive content.
  • Structure proposals around a strong storyline covering the client's challenge, our approach, timelines, team and commercials.
  • Proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency and branding, and meet every deadline.
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, case studies and templates.

Business development and research

  • Identify and research potential leads, target accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Keep lead lists and pipeline trackers accurate and up to date.
  • Research clients, industries and competitors to inform proposals and outreach.
  • Help draft outreach emails and other business development materials.

Marketing and content

  • Write engaging LinkedIn posts for the company page and leadership team.
  • Support marketing tasks such as case studies and website content.
  • Help track content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
  • Early-career experience in business analysis, proposal writing, consulting, business development, marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build clean, well-structured and visually polished slides.
  • Excellent written English and the ability to write clear, persuasive business content.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to turn information into useful insights.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Proactive and curious, with a genuine enjoyment of writing and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working remotely during Australian business hours.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
  • Government-mandated benefits plus supplemental HMO coverage.
  • Collaborative and professional work environment.
  • Career growth opportunities within a growing organization.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
