Traffic Manager (Freelance) — UK Market — Full Remote (Europe, ±2h from France)

Dolead is a global leader in Lead Generation: we help 200+ clients across 15 countries (Europe + North America) turn paid media into measurable pipeline. We launch campaigns fast, connect customer data with confidence, and generate sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead .

We’re looking for a freelance Traffic Manager to run and optimize paid campaigns for the UK market , with one obsession: performance (CPL, volume, lead quality, ROI).

Freelance mission — Full remote from Europe (±2h time difference with France).

Your missions

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads , and Native (Taboola, Outbrain…).

• Own performance tracking: CPL, volume, lead quality , and keep a clear ROI mindset.

• Work closely with international teams ( Account Management, Data, CRO, UX ) to ensure smooth delivery end-to-end.

• Apply best practices, challenge setups, and propose advanced optimizations (structure, bidding, targeting, creatives/angles, landing flows).

• Produce clear, regular KPI reporting (what happened, why, what we do next).

Your profile

• 3+ years managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns ( Search / Social / Native ).

• Experience with the UK market and/or B2B environments.

• Strong command of Google Ads (and ideally Microsoft + Meta). Native platforms (Taboola/Outbrain) are a plus.

• Comfortable in data-driven, lead-gen contexts (you like numbers, but you also like outcomes).

• Autonomous, rigorous, results-oriented — you don’t wait to be told where to look.

• Native English or high proficiency (international context, varied markets).
