We invite a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong understanding of the Scrum Master role to join our team. You’ll guide a newly formed mobile development team as they adapt a successful POS system to a new market, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment with business goals. 🟩

3+ years of project management experience with strong knowledge of PM theory and tools Strong people management and team facilitation skills Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills Proficiency with metrics such as predictability, estimation, velocity, capacity, and change request volume Excellent reporting skills and hands-on experience Solid understanding of Scrum with experience facilitating Scrum events Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Strong problem-solving skills; ability to adapt, follow instructions, and take guidance Open-minded, stakeholder-oriented, and friendly approach Upper-Intermediate English level Desirable: Knowledge of Statement of Work (SOW) processes and documentation Experience with budget planning 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you'll coordinate a mobile development team adapting a POS system to a new market.

You’ll apply your expertise to align team activities with project goals, provide effective people management, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
