This role shapes and delivers Ultrasound AI products with clinicians, machine learning engineers, software engineers, and product designers. It scales in-market thyroid and breast ultrasound AI products, already serving hundreds of thousands of patients a year, toward millions of patients a year, and runs discovery and development for new products. The role turns clinical, customer, commercial, and AI model performance insights into clear priorities and helps the team execute. It operates with high autonomy, allocates attention across multiple products at different levels of maturity, and influences decisions through evidence and clear framing. PLEASE NOTE: Work Schedule: This role follows a typical 9-hour workday and requires flexibility to work later Pacific Time hours to maintain overlap with our Melbourne-based team. Typical hours are 10:00 AM–7:00 PM PT from April to October and 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PT from March to November (1 hour allotted for lunch). This provides approximately 2–4 hours of overlap with Melbourne mornings , depending on daylight-saving time.
