Customer Advisor (Dutch)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Advisor for their office in Athens, Greece. Position: Customer Advisor Location: Athens, Greece Work model: Hybrid Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and messaging platforms Provide professional technical support to restaurant partners using the company's hospitality platform Deliver excellent customer service while acting as a brand ambassador Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, identifying customer needs quickly Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal teams Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation Ensure high-quality service while meeting productivity and performance targets Support restaurants with platform-related questions and operational requests. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) with excellent written and spoken communication skills English B2 minimum Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills Excellent written communication for email support Strong active listening and problem-solving skills Good computer literacy Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Understanding of handling sensitive customer data High level of empathy, particularly in time-sensitive hospitality situations.
