We are looking for a Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions. You will build machine learning models, work with Large Language Models (LLMs), and develop scalable AI applications that support business growth and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI solutions from idea to production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions using Python
- Build, train, test, and improve machine learning models
- Work with large datasets to create predictive and intelligent applications
- Develop AI-powered features, including automation, recommendation systems, forecasting, and generative AI solutions
- Integrate AI models into production environments and business applications
- Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability
- Support and mentor other engineers when needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools
- Knowledge of SQL and data processing techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker and modern software development practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
- Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks
- Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD practices
- Cloud or AI-related certifications
- Experience working with enterprise AI applications
