About the role A U.S. healthcare organization is hiring a senior data professional to join its Corporate Compliance team. This is a newly created role: today, billing audits are tracked mostly by hand, and you will build the data side from scratch, turning audit findings into tools, dashboards and reports that show compliance results over time.

What you’ll do

  • Build data collection tools, Excel models and Power BI dashboards that track billing audit findings, error rates and repeat issues.

  • Turn audit findings, which often come from narrative documentation, into structured, reliable datasets.

  • Apply statistical sampling and data quality checks to audits.

  • Present clear reports and insights to leadership and compliance committees.

  • Work with the Finance and Data Analytics teams to connect their data with compliance.

  • Research healthcare regulations and occasionally support audits and investigations.

What we’re looking for

  • Around 6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, including building tools and processes from scratch.

  • Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI or a similar BI tool.

  • Fluent English, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Autonomy to work without close supervision.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, especially billing, claims, revenue cycle or compliance audits.

  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare regulations (Medicaid, CMS, HIPAA).

  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot in analysis work.

Details

  • 100% remote, full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.

  • Long-term role through an Employer of Record, with local benefits, holidays and PTO.
