About the Role

Join a supply chain brokerage team as a Senior Freight Broker, building and managing shipper accounts while growing revenue. You will guide customers through the full freight lifecycle, from prospecting and pricing to delivery coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect for new shipper accounts through targeted outreach and relationship building.

  • Learn customer freight lanes, volumes, service needs, and pricing expectations.

  • Quote shipments, negotiate rates, and secure freight opportunities.

  • Coordinate with carrier operations to arrange capacity and support reliable delivery.

  • Keep customers informed and resolve service issues promptly.

  • Identify additional freight and service opportunities within existing accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or carrier sales.

  • A demonstrated record of closing freight or logistics sales with shippers or carriers.

  • Experience prospecting for new accounts, quoting freight, and negotiating pricing.

  • Experience managing customer relationships through booking, coordination, and delivery.

  • Experience working with operations teams, arranging capacity, and supporting service delivery.

  • Knowledge of freight lanes, carrier networks, and logistics market dynamics.

  • Familiarity with freight brokerage software or transportation management systems.

  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently in a remote work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation range is $65,000 to $300,000 annually, with a 70% commission split. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k). Visa sponsorship is available.
