Design and build interfaces that make complex operator workflows easier to understand and use.

Explore interaction patterns that make AI agents understandable, useful, and trustworthy.
-
Create reusable components and design system patterns that help the team ship consistently.
-
Work directly with customers, test prototypes, and iterate based on their feedback.
-
Partner with backend engineers to bring product experiences into production.
What We're Looking For
-
At least 4 years of experience designing and building products at fast-growing startups, or exceptional early-career work that demonstrates strong product judgment and shipping ability.
-
A portfolio or personal website showing product work you personally took from idea to production, including your design decisions and shipped interfaces.
-
Experience owning user flows and interface decisions, with the ability to explain the business logic behind the workflows you design.
-
Strong UI and UX craft, systems thinking, initiative, and a track record of balancing speed with quality.
-
Production experience with React and TypeScript, plus experience working directly with customers and incorporating their feedback.
-
Interest in AI-powered products, with experience designing agent interactions, reusable components, design systems, or B2B workflow and operations tools.
