Role Overview The License Compliance Advisor, Turkey sits within the License Compliance Volume motion - the low-touch model that identifies companies and individuals using Chaos software without a licence and convinces users to become customers. Works with a high-volume of cases, the role owns the commercial conversation once a lead responds to a multi-step engagement campaign. This is a closing role, not a qualification or lead-warming role. The Advisor’s job is to move each response to a closed sale accurately, efficiently, and within the defined offer structure. This role requires a commercially focused individual with strong closing and objection-handling skills, high process discipline, and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced (dealing with tens to hundreds of people), target-driven environment. Main Responsibilities Own the reply queue for assigned Turkey cases and respond within the team’s SLA, moving each case toward close. Handle objections following the company LC policies and guidelines, applying the defined offer structure accurately and consistently across all cases. Guide end users to purchase through the correct channel: cart link, reseller, or LC SKU as applicable, confirming order accuracy before close. Apply standard LC pricing and settlement structure for all cases, escalating any counteroffer, non-standard request, or exception to the LC Senior Team Manager without deviation. Identify and correctly route Amnesty Programme cases, applying the amnesty offer only within its defined terms. Log every interaction and outcome in Salesforce and HubSpot in real time, maintaining case records complete enough for any team member to pick up without additional context. Flag any conflicts to the LC Manager (Volume) immediately upon identification. Escalate cases that fall outside the standard tracks promptly and with full case context. Feed real objections and edge cases back into the Reply Handling Guide to support continuous improvement of the team’s playbook. Attend regular meetings, reporting on obstacles and performance results.
