Recruiter

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support the company's hiring needs across construction, manufacturing, field operations, and corporate functions. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role responsible for managing multiple open positions simultaneously, sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage the full recruitment process from job intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Create and post job advertisements across relevant job boards and sourcing channels.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, Boolean search, and other recruiting tools.
• Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer preparation, reference checks, background checks, and pre employment processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring information within the ATS or other recruitment systems. High-Volume Recruiting
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously across a variety of roles and departments.
• Support high-volume hiring needs for field, skilled trades, manufacturing, administrative, and other operational positions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Prioritize requisitions based on business needs, hiring timelines, and project requirements.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure an efficient hiring process. Hiring Manager & Candidate Partnership
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and provide regular updates on recruitment activity and candidate pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, market conditions, and recruiting strategies when needed.
• Ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Help improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate communication. 2–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance. Experience recruiting in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. Construction, manufacturing, skilled trades, industrial, field operations, or similar industry experience is preferred. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other recruiting platforms. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams.
