Data Analyst

And we're now one of the fastest growing tech scale-ups in Europe. We are in search of a Data Analyst to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar! As a Data Analyst within our Operations Strategy team , you'll help build the analytical infrastructure that powers decision-making across field operations in nine countries - you'll be a translator of business and operational requirements into analytical demands. You'll report to the Data Analytics Manager and work hands-on with data, models, and AI-powered tools that have direct operational impact. Fair warning: we're scaling fast and the data and reporting capabilities are scaling with us. You'll often need to pull from multiple systems and build the picture yourself before you can analyse it. If you need everything pre-structured to do good work, this isn't the role. What you’ll be doing: Build and maintain KPI reporting infrastructure across operational markets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency; Develop predictive models to support operational planning; Contribute to AI-powered tools that reduce manual work at scale across our field operations teams; Analyse large operational datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes of performance deviations; Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for operational stakeholders; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Data Platform) to align on data definitions and business logic; Support the migration and integration of data sources as our operational stack evolves. What you’ll bring to the table: 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or data scientist role; Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); Experience building dashboards or reporting tools (Looker or similar); Ability to work with messy, real-world operational data and turn it into reliable outputs; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, environment where priorities regularly shift; Strong communication skills: you can explain analytical work to non-technical stakeholders; Strong business acumen: you understand operational context, ask the right questions, and know that analytical output is only as good as the problem framing behind it and the narrative presenting it. It would be great if you would also have: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks; Familiarity with cloud data environments and DevOps practices; Experience in logistics, field services, or other operationally complex industries.
