Digital Marketing Specialist

Your impact:

• Develop and scale Meta as a key acquisition channel, building and optimizing campaigns using AI-powered tools for faster testing cycles.
• Identify trends early, generate creative hypotheses, and work closely with creatives to find winning ad concepts and formats.
• Run A/B tests across campaigns, audiences, and ad creatives to continuously improve performance.
• Translate performance insights into clear, actionable briefs for the design team.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams to build full-funnel acquisition strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets, report on channel performance, and forecast the impact of UA activities on key business metrics.

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing with hands-on campaign management in Meta Ads.

• Solid understanding of Meta Ads, including campaign structure, audience targeting, creative formats, and attribution.

• Practical experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, whether for research, content, analysis, or optimization.

• Experience managing advertising budgets and converting performance data into clear business forecasts and reports.

• Strong organizational skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.

• A proactive mindset with a genuine drive to generate ideas and find solutions rather than waiting for perfect conditions.

• Experience in fashion-tech will be a big plus.
