Your responsibilities

• Gathering and clarifying business requirements with key stakeholders.

• Translating business needs into functional requirements, use cases and specifications for technical teams and IT architects.

• Providing functional support to the client within the Fixed Network Wholesale area.

• Analyzing and documenting business processes , including process modelling in BPMN.

• Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams , ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications industry , ideally within Fixed Network Wholesale.

• Good understanding of telecom/network concepts , preferably including Bitstream Access, HFC and GPON.

• Strong requirements gathering, functional analysis and process modelling skills , with experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Proactive and independent approach , with the ability to gather missing information and work with limited guidance.

• Fluent Polish and English , enabling confident day-to-day communication with local and international stakeholders.

• Availability to work onsite in Warsaw 1–2 days per week or willingness to travel regularly.
