In this role, you will help deliver high-quality clinical social work services while supporting clients through biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor (LCSW-S).

You will play an important part in creating a consistent, supportive experience for clients and in contributing to strong clinical outcomes through collaboration and evidence-based practice. Responsibilities Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas, under LCSW-S supervision Conduct biopsychosocial intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes, co-signed by supervising LCSW-S Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-informed care Collaborate with your supervising LCSW-S and care team to support client outcomes and progress toward full LCSW licensure Required Qualifications Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.

Active Texas LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) license. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records. Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred. Exposure to conducting biopsychosocial intake assessments and developing treatment plans. Strong clinical documentation skills.

Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance and dental insurance
