Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, high-level Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing short-term rental portfolio. This role requires someone who can operate independently, proactively solve problems, and deliver consistently high guest experiences without direct oversight.
Core Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Communication Manage all guest messaging from inquiry through checkout. Handle issues, complaints, and special requests professionally. Maintain 5-star review standards and resolve negative experiences.
Cleaner & Turnover Management Coordinate cleaning schedules (via Turno or similar). Ensure properties are guest-ready before check-in. Communicate directly with cleaners for issues or re-cleans.
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination Schedule and manage maintenance requests. Source and communicate with vendors (plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Ensure issues are resolved quickly and cost-effectively.
Review Management Monitor and respond to guest reviews. Attempt to remove unfair or policy-violating reviews. Handle guest follow-ups and potential refunds when needed.
Operations & Optimization Assist with pricing adjustments (via PriceLabs or similar tools). Identify opportunities to improve performance and guest experience. Monitor listings and flag any operational issues.
