Job Title: HCM Functional Support Consultant

Work Location/Travel: Bangalore/Remote

Job Summary:

Apex IT India is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Support Consultant to provide functional and production support across Oracle HCM modules and help drive system enhancements and process improvements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, reporting, and integrations.
• Configure and support enhancements based on business process changes, acquisitions, new functionality, and compliance requirements.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.
• Perform testing, impact analysis, and support deployment of configuration changes.
• Work with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support Oracle quarterly releases, process stabilization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Competency:

(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM functional/production support.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR and experience in one or more HCM modules.
• Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and enhancements.
• Good understanding of HCM integrations and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Position Type and expected hours of work: Full Time/Permanent and 40 hours per week
