This role requires a visionary leader who can drive demand generation, market positioning, product marketing and operations and optimize conversion processes to generate pipeline and progress from qualified lead to closed-won business  You will work cross-functionally with our Sales, SDR, Product, and Channels teams to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan designed to elevate our market position, build our enterprise presence, and drive long-term revenue growth.   As a data-driven innovator, you will leverage your deep understanding of performance marketing and analytics, along with AI, to continually optimize the marketing funnel, improve conversion rates, and ensure a measurable ROI from every campaign and event.  <h3> What you’ll do</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Drive the evolution of the Company’s marketing strategy to ensure the company effectively addresses the needs of the market. This includes owning digital, demand gen, content and product marketing, brand, communications, social media, channel marketing, operations and the Website. You will craft compelling value propositions, differentiated messaging and channel strategies tailored to the enterprise. You will own the full demand generation lifecycle. From event or campaign creation to systematic follow-up on marketing generated leads, ensuring that the pipeline is nurtured, tracked, and converted to Sales. Establish clear processes for follow-ups, improving conversion at every stage of the Sales funnel. </li> <li>Innovate with Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics, along with AI to evaluate the performance of marketing programs and guide strategic decisions. Use insights to </li> <li>refine messaging, optimize the marketing funnel, and measure the success of every </li> <li>marketing initiative. </li> <li>Collaborate Across Departments: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Channels to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives. Develop go-to-market strategies for new initiatives and products that resonate with enterprise customers. </li> <li>Track & Optimize Key Performance Metrics: Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) that ensure marketing activities directly contribute to revenue growth. Be accountable for measuring, tracking, and reporting on performance, continuously optimizing based on data. </li> <li>Lead the Charge in Marketing Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously experiment with and implement new marketing initiatives and AI that can drive growth and differentiate Analyst1 in the competitive landscape. </li> </ul> <h3> What you’ll bring</h3> <ul> <li>8-10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and Cybersecurity, with a proven track record of successfully leading marketing strategy and execution for driving revenue growth, from $10 million to $50 million or more. </li> <li>Experience scaling a company into the enterprise market and successfully executing on a comprehensive and integrated growth strategy. </li> <li>Expert in demand generation, funnel optimization, and multi-channel marketing strategies with hands-on experience using modern marketing tools and technologies. </li> <li>Strong product marketing skills, including ICP, positioning, messaging, value props, segmentation, vertical marketing, analyst relations, thought leadership, customer insights, competitive analysis, battle cards, and informing the product roadmap. </li> <li>Proven ability to measure and track campaign effectiveness, with a clear focus on converting leads into sales. </li> <li>Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills; a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. </li> <li>Ability to design, execute, and optimize scalable marketing processes and  implement AI to drive measurable business results. </li> <li>Demonstrated use of analytics and insights to optimize performance, whether doubling down on successful efforts or quickly curtailing non-productive tactics. </li> </ul> <h3>Bonus if you have </h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in the evolving Cyber Threat Intelligence market. </li> </ul> The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200k - $250k + Performance Based Incentive Plan.  Analyst1 salary ranges are determined by role and level.
