Virtual Admissions Coordinator – Substance Use Treatment
Fully Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM ET

About the Role
Principles Recovery Center (PRC) is seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to manage inquiries, coordinate intakes, and guide adults seeking substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment through the admissions process.
This role requires strong follow-through, compassionate communication, and the ability to independently manage a remote admissions pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound admissions calls, inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate intake documentation.
- Educate prospective clients and families on PHP/IOP treatment options.
- Coordinate assessments, admission dates, and intake logistics.
- Maintain consistent lead follow-up and support admissions conversion.
- Track admissions activity, referrals, and client records in CRM/EMR systems.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support census goals.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience in SUD admissions, behavioral health intake, addiction treatment admissions, or equivalent substance use treatment coordination .
- Knowledge of substance use treatment and PHP/IOP levels of care.
- Experience with admissions pipelines, lead management, and client follow-up.
- Strong phone communication, organization, and independent remote work skills.
- Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems.
Preferred
- KIPU or similar behavioral health EMR experience.
- Insurance verification and treatment placement experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
