Meet The Team 👥

Here at Cleo we have team of ~135 member in our Borrow Pillar. This function brings together several specialisms, all working toward managing portfolio performance; designing the systems, models, and controls that make lending sustainable. They drive to build and grow a portfolio of responsible EWA & Pay Later products that can scale across markets while protecting users from high cost debt trap.

About The Role ✍️

We’re hiring a hands-on Lead Product Manager to drive Cleo’s Credit products forward. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad to uncover customer needs, shape bold new product directions, and turn early-stage ideas into compelling, testable experiences for one of Cleo’s most important product areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high-potential product opportunities through customer insight, market understanding, and Cleo’s unique strengths.

• Lead early-stage ideation, prototyping, and lean research to validate concepts and reduce uncertainty quickly.

• Bring your squad together around a clear product vision, translating it into polished, high-quality experiences with Design and Engineering.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product direction and solve complex customer problems.

• Build persuasive narratives and data-informed business cases that communicate the value of new ideas and drive decisions.

What We're Looking For 🕵️

• You should ideally have several years of relevant experience and passion for credit focused work at a senior level

• Experience in consumer-facing fintech or personal finance products

• You can share mobile app product work that demonstrates a proven record of driving high-quality execution in high-growth, fast-paced, product-led businesses

• You are strongly outcome-focused, balancing business goals and user needs through small, rapid, experiment-led product improvements

• You thrive on getting deep into the data and the details to optimise existing features and journeys

• You are a proactive problem solver who can effectively bring structure to large or ambiguous problems to generate buy-in from stakeholders

• You are a strong cross-functional collaborator who can partner successfully with tech and marketing stakeholders to deliver bottom line impact on growth
