Our four modules – electronic signatures, identity and document verification, and e-seals – can be used independently or combined within sector-specific workflows, ensuring simple, secure and legally compliant processes for SMEs and mid-sized companies. Hosted and processed entirely in Europe, we guarantee sovereignty, transparency and reliability. As a certified B-Corp, we combine innovation with responsibility – building trust at the heart of every digital exchange. We are entering a key moment as we expand from eSignature to the full Digital Trust chain. The Legal Business & Marketing team acts as a trusted partner to our Revenue, Customer Success and Marketing teams, building a clear, scalable legal framework that lets these teams move fast, while safeguarding Youtrust’s legal security and the trust our clients place in us. You'll work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel in charge of the Business & Marketing scope, supporting their day-to-day work and progressively gaining autonomy as you grow into the role. Your missions Legal support: Provide day-to-day legal advice to Revenue, Customer Success and Marketing teams, handling requests and drafting preliminary responses ahead of review, supported by our in-house AI agent; Contract drafting: Review and draft standard contractual documents (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs, RFPs, procurement and freelance agreements, etc.), draft bespoke clauses and particular conditions and contribute to maintaining and streamlining our contractual documentation library (templates, T&Cs, MSAs, playbooks); Data protection & GDPR: Support our GDPR compliance roadmap alongside the Head of Legal, helping structure and advance key data protection initiatives; Legal design: Contribute to shaping and maintaining our legal resources (legal pages, process documentation, onboarding materials), ensuring our internal tools remain up to date; Legal watch: Monitor legal and regulatory developments across the tech/SaaS sector (France, Germany, Italy, Spain) and distill key updates for the team. Contribute to ad hoc projects as they arise. Your Profile You hold, or are completing, a French Master's degree (M2) in Business Law with a focus in digital law. You have a first grounding in contract law and European regulations (GDPR, DORA), built through your studies or an initial internship. You're curious about where law, business and technology meet and you bring energy and initiative to a fast-moving environment. You're fluent in French and English (German, Italian or Spanish are a plus). You're rigorous and organized, with a genuine appetite for learning and the drive to take ownership rather than wait to be told. You're at ease with legal design and the tools that make legal information clear and accessible (Notion, PowerPoint, Google Workspace). You're AI-minded, keen to put AI tools (including building AI agents) to work wherever they sharpen the efficiency, clarity or quality of legal output. Why join Youtrust now? A mission that matters in a world challenged by AI-driven fraud A vision built on integrity A European & sovereign platform A certified B Corp The golden age of Yousign Details Type: Internship Duration: 6 months Start date: January 2027 Location: Paris
