About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, AI-powered backend solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services, integrating advanced AI capabilities, and working with modern retrieval and knowledge management systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, AI engineers, and frontend developers to deliver high-performance applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), external data providers, and intelligent automation workflows. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python. Build and enhance RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework and FastAPI. Integrate and optimize AI services, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and third-party model APIs. Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval mechanisms. Implement AI orchestration workflows using LangChain and related frameworks. Integrate multiple external APIs and data providers into backend systems. Design reliable, maintainable, and high-performance system architectures. Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions. Ensure software quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring practices. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while continuously improving system reliability and performance.
