The Role: Join the Upstream Rehabilitation team where your work makes a real impact! As a Credentialing Specialist, you will manage the full enrollment and re-enrollment process for medical providers within the Benchmark Rehab Partners network. Ensure all providers are properly enrolled, appointed, and privileged with contracted health plans. Maintain accurate provider data in all systems and oversee timely renewals of licenses and certifications, all in support of Upstream Rehabilitation’s mission to inspire and empower the lives we touch.
