What’s This Position About? We are hiring a WordPress Content Publishing Specialist with junior-level front-end development skills. This person will publish and format at least 100 pieces of content monthly, each containing at least four images. This is more technical than a basic content-upload position. Candidates must confidently navigate different WordPress environments, including custom ACF layouts, Elementor, Gutenberg and custom templates. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is required. Who Will This Role Work With? The specialist will work with our SEO managers, account managers, writers, editors and web-development support. They must communicate progress, identify missing information and promptly report technical problems. What Will They Be Responsible For? Publishing and formatting at least 100 content pieces monthly. Adding and optimizing at least four images per piece. Structuring headings, lists, tables, links and calls to action. Working with ACF, Elementor and other WordPress layouts. Using HTML and CSS to resolve routine formatting issues. Adding metadata, internal links and image alt text. Checking desktop and mobile layouts before publishing. Following each client’s instructions and tracking completed work. Basic knowledge of on-page SEO is strongly preferred. How Will Success Be Measured? Success will be based on completing at least 100 pieces monthly, meeting 95% of deadlines, achieving 95% first-review accuracy and publishing content without broken layouts, links or missing images. The candidate should become capable of handling routine WordPress publishing independently after onboarding.
You should have hands-on WordPress experience and junior-level knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, allowing you to work confidently with custom ACF layouts, Elementor, Gutenberg and other page builders. You must understand content formatting, responsive design, image optimization and internal linking. Basic on-page SEO knowledge is preferred. Because you will manage a high volume of content across multiple client websites, you must be detail-oriented, organized and comfortable following different instructions for each client. You should communicate problems promptly, meet deadlines and work independently without sacrificing accuracy.
Experience with on-page SEO, Yoast or Rank Math will help you correctly manage headings, metadata and internal links. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, image compression and WebP conversion is helpful for preparing website images. Experience with legal content, digital marketing agencies, basic PHP, custom WordPress themes or project-management software will also strengthen your application.
