As Talent Sourcer (Remote) you embed with the client team and own the role end to end. You partner with leadership, drive measurable outcomes, and ship the work without being micromanaged. What you'll own Run the day-to-day workflow of the role and keep it shipping on time. Communicate proactively in written English across async channels. Manage your own schedule, prioritising the highest-leverage work. Improve the workflows you touch, leaving them better than you found them. Partner with adjacent teams and report progress to the client lead.

Strong written and verbal English (C1+). Proven track record delivering results in remote, async work environments. Ownership of outcomes and the ability to manage your own schedule. Familiarity with the tools and workflows typical of this role. A desire to grow with a fast-moving, mission-driven team.
