Solutions Engineer (Hubspot)

We will act as the technical bridge between clients’ business needs and the solutions offered. Our goal is to research, design, and support HubSpot integrations end-to-end, and to help the sales team evaluate requirements with clear, business-aligned technical proposals. Research API documentation to determine the best integration methods based on clients’ use cases. Design and implement integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools using iPaaS platforms (Make, Zapier) or custom APIs. Support the sales team during technical evaluations by participating in discovery calls and proposal presentations. Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) for HubSpot implementations and integrations, ensuring technical feasibility and profitability.

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and strong client communication. We translate technical options into business value and ensure documentation and execution are clear, accurate, and well organized. Technical requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, CRM, or integrations. Hands-on experience with HubSpot , REST APIs , and iPaaS platforms (Make, Zapier). 100% bilingual with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients ( English C1–C2 ). Experience building and maintaining integration documentation and technical discovery notes. Prior involvement in proposal development and scoping for HubSpot projects. Familiarity with integration troubleshooting and monitoring practices to ensure long-term stability. Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, and clients during evaluations.
