Lead the analysis of current business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and high-impact improvement opportunities. Own the development and governance of process documentation, including process maps, value stream maps, outcome and dependency mapping, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Partner directly with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape requirements and resolve complex operational challenges. Lead data analysis efforts to support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives at scale. Design, prioritize, and drive the implementation of process improvement projects aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
Define and monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and guide course corrections. Facilitate executive-level process discussions, workshops, and collaboration sessions with stakeholders and teams. Lead training and change management efforts to support user and team adoption of new processes and procedures.
Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and business cases directly to leadership. Drive operational excellence initiatives and set the standard for process standardization across the organization. Mentor and guide junior process analysts on methodology, tools, and best practices.
7+ years of experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related operational improvement role, including experience leading initiatives end-to-end. Proven track record leading process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating complex findings into clear business recommendations.
Advanced experience with process mapping and workflow design tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.
Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, required for daily collaboration with U.S.-based teams and client-facing engagements. Valid passport and up-to-date travel documentation for the United States, as occasional international travel may be required depending on client and project needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI. Deep expertise in Flow Engineering methodologies or concepts.
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or equivalent process improvement certification. Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts on process improvement projects.
