Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end functionality for the product dashboard and backend. Translate requirements and UI/UX designs into clear, responsive, and reusable Angular interfaces. Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Design, integrate, and document secure RESTful APIs, and manage SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Implement unit and integration tests, and actively participate in code reviews. Use Claude Code to explore the codebase, implement changes, debug, refactor, and document, while always validating the proposed solution. Collaborate with the team on technical decisions and propose improvements to architecture, quality, and development processes.
English — required: professional working proficiency in spoken and written English. You must be comfortable participating actively in meetings, discussing technical decisions, collaborating through written channels, and understanding technical documentation. Experience: at least 5 years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with the autonomy to own deliverables and make technical decisions. Frontend: strong command of HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and solid experience with Angular. Backend: solid experience with Java and Spring Boot. Data and APIs: experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful API design, and third-party service integrations. Tools: strong Git skills and collaborative development best practices. AI-assisted development: hands-on experience using Claude Code effectively, with the judgment to review, test, and improve AI-generated code.
Previous experience working on fintech products or financial platforms. Experience building dashboards or data-intensive applications. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments. Knowledge of application security and secure development practices. Experience working in consulting, project-based, or distributed teams.
