The full posting
Lead the team
- Directly manage the schedulers and department heads in every service line.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly expectations for every lead owner.
- Run weekly 1:1s and coach each person on their numbers: what worked, where the sale was lost, what to do next.
- Recognize top performers and put improvement plans in place for anyone below target.
- Take part in hiring and shift coverage.
Own sales results
- Own bookings, win rate and revenue against goal for each service line.
- Make sure every new lead gets a text, an email and a call within 5 minutes.
- Keep pending leads moving so no lead sits without a next step.
- Review the pipeline daily and step in on stalled leads and large bookings.
- Run the team scorecard and monthly sales competitions.
- Report results, trends and risks to leadership weekly.
Build SOPs and training manuals
- Write and maintain the sales SOP and training manual for each service line.
- Document how leads move through our CRM, from first contact to completed service.
- Build SMS, email and phone scripts, including objection handling.
- Turn what top performers do into a written standard.
- Update documents whenever a process, price or service changes.
Run training and development
- Build and run onboarding so new schedulers ramp fast and sell with confidence.
- Hold regular training sessions, role play practice and call reviews.
- Review calls, texts and emails weekly and give specific feedback.
- Create a skills path for each role with clear steps to grow.
- Track results before and after training to prove what works.
Improve the process
- Keep lead data clean: every record has an owner, a status and a reason.
- Work with operations and vendor teams to close coverage gaps that cost sales.
- Find where leads drop off and fix it with process, scripts or automation.
How we measure success
-
Department and lead owner win rate
-
Speed to lead and time in pending
-
Lead data compliance
-
Revenue against goal by service line
-
New hire ramp time
-
At least 4 years in sales, including 2 or more years managing a sales, inside sales or appointment setting team.
-
A record of hitting team targets and raising conversion rates.
-
Experience writing SOPs, playbooks or training manuals that a team used every day.
-
Experience designing and leading training: onboarding, role play and call coaching.
-
Strong CRM habits. You keep data clean and hold others to the same standard.
-
Advanced written and spoken English. You will coach, write scripts and sell in English.
-
Availability Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central Time, plus weekends as needed.
-
A direct communicator who manages by the numbers, follows through and stays disciplined working remotely.
How we work
-
Be available for video calls with leadership and the team throughout the workday.
-
Leave no thread unresolved, and share status before anyone has to ask.
-
Deliver work by end of day, not end of week.
-
Run several priorities at once without dropping work.
-
If something can't meet the daily standard, give advance notice and a plan to finish it.
-
Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude daily, and pick up new tools quickly.
-
Work daily in Google Workspace, Airtable, ActiveCampaign, Salesmsg and Zapier.
-
Automate what repeats. Doing a manual task more than three times is an inefficiency.
-
Experience in residential services, hospitality, property management or home services.
-
Experience selling over SMS and email as well as phone.
-
Experience with Airtable, ActiveCampaign, Salesmsg or similar tools.
-
Experience running sales for several service or product lines at once.
-
A background in sales enablement or learning and development.
-
Experience designing incentive or bonus programs.
-
Experience with automation tools like Make or Zapier.
