Partner with the RCM Lead and CEO to help build and scale TurboPT's Revenue Cycle Management services. You'll help develop and improve internal RCM workflows, SOPs, and operational processes while supporting customer onboarding and implementation. Working directly with physical therapy clinics, you'll analyze billing performance, A/R, denials, and reimbursement trends to identify opportunities for improvement, provide guidance on revenue cycle best practices, and create customer training and operational documentation. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to enhance our RCM offering, stay current on industry regulations and payer requirements, and serve as a trusted RCM subject matter expert for both our internal teams and customers.
5+ years of experience in U.S. Revenue Cycle Management. Experience working with outpatient healthcare providers, preferably Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractic, or similar specialties. Strong understanding of: Insurance verification Prior authorizations Claims submission Payment posting Accounts Receivable Denials management Appeals Medicare and commercial insurance billing Experience improving or documenting RCM processes and workflows. Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, or operational documentation. Comfortable working directly with customers and presenting recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. Success in This Role Within your first six months, you'll: Help build and refine TurboPT's Revenue Cycle Management processes. Develop scalable workflows and documentation that improve operational consistency. Support successful customer onboarding and implementation. Become a trusted advisor to clinics looking to improve their revenue cycle performance. Partner with the RCM Lead and CEO to expand TurboPT's RCM capabilities and customer offering. Play a key role in establishing the operational foundation for our growing RCM business.
