Conduct Direct Competitor Analysis (Secret Buyer): Enroll in and experience top competitor courses (Preuniversitarios in Chile/Colombia) to analyze their pricing, scripts, sales funnels, and value propositions. Build the Local Teacher Network: Build a talent network of potential tutors for PAES / Saber 11 prep and engage in active dialogues. Secure a partnership with 1 lead teacher in month one to launch the pilot. Once the hypothesis is validated after 3 months, recruit the remaining full team of educators to cover all exam subjects completely. Drive Teacher-Led Growth: Train teachers on our methodology, prepare them for live webinars, and guide them in generating engaging conversion content. Test the MVP and Funnel: Collaborate with our central team to launch localized landing pages and manage lean operations (Zoom classes, WhatsApp warm-up groups, Google Sheets tracking). Gather User Insights: Conduct structured interviews with customers (parents and students) to collect qualitative feedback and feed product requirements directly to our central R&D team. Establish Initial Operations: Identify and integrate accessible local payment methods, including installment plan structures (cuotas).
Have hands-on experience in the EdTech or Test-Prep ecosystem in LatAm (Chile: PAES/DEMRE; Colombia: Saber 11/ICFES). Possess an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset: comfortable conducting field research, attending local events, engaging competitors, and recruiting top teaching talent directly. Understand Teacher-Led Growth: skilled at mentoring educators to act as brand ambassadors and conversion drivers. Are fluent in Spanish with a deep understanding of LatAm business culture and consumer behavior. Thrive in early-stage environments: capable of launching operations using lean systems (Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Sheets) before full platform automation.
