Operations & Onboarding Lead

Snapshot Localization & Testing: Translate and adapt pre-built English GoHighLevel Snapshots (funnels, automated WhatsApp/SMS sequences, appointment pipelines) into natural Mexican/Colombian Spanish. WhatsApp API & Meta Integration: Set up official Meta WhatsApp Business API connections inside GHL sub-accounts, configure pre-approved Meta message templates, and manage GHL Conversation AI / Agent Studio prompts in Spanish. Client & Affiliate Onboarding: Provide high-touch, frictionless onboarding support for solar and trade business owners activating their GHL accounts (using short WhatsApp voice notes, text support, and Loom video walkthroughs). Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our Spanish-speaking user community (GHL/Facebook/WhatsApp), answering technical setup questions and sharing weekly optimization prompts.

Bilingual Fluency: Native or fluent Spanish speaker. Spoken and written English at C1 or better is a hard requirement. Applications are in English. GoHighLevel Experience (Required): Real, hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is required — building and deploying snapshots, WhatsApp integrations, and client onboarding inside GHL sub-accounts. This is not a no-experience trainee role. Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner: Demonstrated passion for digital technology, AI, and automation systems, with the ability to self-teach new software quickly. Proactive Problem-Solver: A resourceful, figure-it-out mindset—you enjoy troubleshooting workflows, testing triggers, and finding solutions independently. Strong Communication Skills: Extremely comfortable recording short video walkthroughs (Loom) and voice notes on WhatsApp to support team members and clients. Location & Setup: Remote worker based in Latin America (preference: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina) with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
