Operations Manager

You keep the business running and you make it run better. You own existing processes, projects, and reporting, and you build automations to take the manual load off the team. You are the person who keeps the trains on time. This role fits a reliable operator who owns outcomes within a defined area, and who can manage a small team executing the day-to-day where the role calls for it. Key Responsibilities Run day-to-day operations and the key processes end to end. Lead projects and process improvements; build automations to remove manual work. Own metrics, reporting, and the operating cadence for your area. Manage a small team or direct reports who carry out reporting and operational tasks, where applicable. Coordinate across functions to get things shipped.

You have 4+ years in operations, including process and project ownership. You have owned operational outcomes within an area, not just tasks. You are comfortable managing a small team or direct reports. You build automations and use AI to scale yourself. Your English is excellent in speech and writing.

Bonus points Startup or e-commerce/remote-business experience. Proficiency with PM tools and automation platforms. Track record of shipping process improvements quickly. What success looks like You own the core processes and the operating cadence for your area, and the team feels the difference. You have shipped at least one process improvement or automation that removed real friction. You have established reliable reporting and metrics visibility for your area. Operations run smoothly and predictably with minimal firefighting. You keep finding and fixing the next bottleneck before it slows the team down. Your team executes consistently and the business scales without proportional headcount growth.
