Mid Level Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features, spanning React frontend interfaces, NestJS/Python backends, and LLM integration layers. Develop and optimize backend APIs, external system integrations, and data pipelines. Integrate and orchestrate language models from multiple providers, designing prompt pipelines and multi-agent architectures. Deploy and manage services on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and data protection. Collaborate with design, QA, and pedagogical specialists to translate product requirements into accessible, high-quality tools. Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and architectural discussions, providing reasoned arguments for design decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• 1+ years of experience deploying and operating services on AWS.
• 1+ years of experience integrating LLMs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google APIs) into production applications, including prompt engineering or agentic workflows.
• Solid experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong backend experience using Node.js (preferably NestJS) and Python (such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and version control using Git.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English (technical reading and writing).
