Lead Front-end Engineer (React + Back-end/.NET Exposure)

Lead and mentor a team of frontend and cross-functional engineers, setting daily technical direction and code review standards. Architect and build complex React components and feature modules with minimal supervision. Optimize application performance using code splitting, memoization, and efficient state management. Collaborate with backend engineers to design API contracts and contribute directly to .NET backend tasks when necessary. Identify and resolve team bottlenecks, diagnose production issues across browsers, and maintain high standards for testing and documentation.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of production-level React experience. Proven experience leading engineering teams as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Engineering Manager (must be clearly documented in your resume). Deep expertise in modern React, including hooks, functional components, and state management. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, ES6+, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous JavaScript. C1 English level or higher. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Software Architecture, Technical Leadership.
