GTM Engineer As GTM Engineer you build and own the systems that drive growth, embedded with the client team. You partner with leadership, ship working software and automations, and drive measurable outcomes without being micromanaged. What you'll own Build AI-powered workflows and internal tools using APIs, webhooks, scripts, and coding agents. Own CRM enrichment, lead scoring, routing, follow-up, attribution, and data quality across the funnel. Turn business goals into hypotheses, offers, landing pages, and launchable MVPs, shipping the first measurable test within 5 business days of receiving inputs. Design and run scaled outbound systems (cold email, LinkedIn) for talent and customer acquisition, from market selection through qualified meetings. Coordinate campaigns across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social as one connected system instead of isolated channels. Own 2-3 active growth priorities and a portfolio scorecard, resetting priority weekly with the CEO.

Can explain an AI workflow you built end to end: model/API choices, human review, monitoring, business impact. Experience with CRM automation, lead routing, and attribution reporting. Track record owning a pipeline, revenue, or acquisition number across multiple campaigns, with measurable movement against target. Proven scaled outbound results: monthly volume, domain health, positive reply rate, qualified meetings generated. Strong written and verbal English (C1+). Proven track record delivering results in remote, async work environments. Ownership of outcomes and the ability to manage your own schedule.

Bonus points Prior experience working with US-based clients or remote-first teams. Comfortable with async tools (Slack, Loom, Notion). Track record of taking initiative on ambiguous problems and shipping practical solutions.
