Build and optimize the core reasoning and execution layers of the autonomous agent platform. Design, develop, and orchestrate complex, parallel multi-agent architectures. Take full ownership of critical technical and architectural decisions in an early-stage, zero-to-one environment. Collaborate directly with early customers and design partners to refine product capabilities and integrate feedback.
5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years of deep experience working with agentic workflows. C1 English level or higher. Proven hands-on experience designing and building multi-agent systems.
Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and software architecture. Demonstrated track record of delivering ambitious technical work beyond basic demos and tutorials. Skills AI Agents Multi-Agent Systems Distributed Systems Software Architecture LLMs
