Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and roadmaps across three active initiatives. Facilitate daily standups and agile ceremonies, proactively identifying delivery risks and removing blockers. Serve as the operational bridge connecting remote software development teams with technical infrastructure counterparts.

Track and organize deliverables, team capacity, and task progress using ClickUp. Support the discovery, intake, and assessment of new digital and AI opportunities.

Mid-level seniority with 3+ years of verifiable experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent technical delivery coordination role. Demonstrated experience managing backlogs, sprint planning, and daily ceremonies within an agile environment. Hands-on experience using ClickUp or an equivalent modern project tracking and capacity management tool.

Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams across multiple parallel workstreams.
