AI & Marketing Analytics Specialist

Design, ship, and maintain production-ready AI agents and applications to automate marketing tasks, operational workflows, and campaign execution. Build and scale AI-driven reporting solutions that automate data preparation, analysis, narrative generation, and recurring business readouts.

Own and evolve the marketing reporting ecosystem, connecting data sources such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong. Develop multi-channel attribution models to guide investment decisions and map the buyer journey. Translate complex analytical findings and AI outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations for leadership. Collaborate with Revenue Operations and marketing teams to align data definitions, reporting logic, and shared KPIs.

5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Revenue Analytics, or a related field. C1 English level or higher. Proven experience building production-ready AI applications, agents, or automations (beyond simple prompting or using standalone tools).

Demonstrated experience building AI-driven reporting and data preparation solutions. Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing reporting and campaign performance measurement. Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) reporting structures, campaign hierarchies, and data quality practices.
