About the Role

At TTEC Digital, we coach clients to ensure their employees feel valued, and fully supported, because an amazing customer experience is an employee first process. Our vision is the same, a place where employees know they can thrive. The Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of Salesforce consulting engagements, owning project schedule, budget and hours, resource planning, risks, status reporting, and day-to-day delivery execution. The Project Manager provides the operational discipline required to keep engagements on plan and ensures project leadership has clear visibility into project health. This role works closely with the Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, consultants, and delivery team to coordinate execution, proactively identify risks and variances, and drive issues to resolution. The Project Manager owns the management of the project; the Engagement Manager owns the executive client relationship and overall engagement success, while the Solution Architect owns solution architecture and technical integrity. This is a permanent remote opportunity in the Philippines. Candidates should be comfortable working primarily during US business hours and collaborating with global teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

Own day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation and consulting engagements

Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments

Own project financial management at the delivery level, including budgeted hours, actual hours, forecasted hours, and estimate-to-complete

Track resource utilization and burn against the Statement of Work and approved project budget

Identify budget and hours variances early and communicate potential overruns before they materially impact project performance

Develop and maintain resource plans based on project scope, schedule, skills, and delivery requirements

Coordinate resource assignments and identify capacity or skill gaps that may impact delivery

Partner with practice and resource leadership to address staffing requirements and changes

Maintain project forecasts and communicate changes in expected resource demand

Manage project scope against contractual commitments and identify requests or activities that may require change control

Partner with the Engagement Manager when scope, budget, timeline, or client expectations require commercial or executive-level resolution

Maintain and actively manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies

Identify delivery risks early, establish mitigation plans, assign owners, and track actions through resolution

Escalate material delivery, financial, resource, scope, and client risks to the Engagement Manager

Coordinate resolution of escalated issues across client stakeholders, project teams, account leadership, and TTEC Digital leadership

Facilitate project kickoff, planning sessions, team meetings, status meetings, and other project governance activities

Produce clear and accurate weekly project status reports covering schedule, accomplishments, upcoming activities, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions

Maintain appropriate project documentation, decision logs, action items, RAID logs, and project governance artifacts

Coordinate delivery activities across Solution Architects, Consultants, Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Engineers, client resources, and third-party partners

Ensure team members understand assigned work, milestones, dependencies, and delivery expectations

Track deliverables and coordinate reviews and approvals required to maintain the project schedule

Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, deployment, and go-live activities from a project management perspective

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on engagement requirements

Monitor delivery performance and work with project leadership to remove blockers and improve team execution

Support project change-control processes by documenting scope changes, estimating delivery impacts, and coordinating required approvals

Ensure project execution remains aligned with the Statement of Work, agreed delivery methodology, and TTEC Digital delivery standards

Support project closure, including completion of deliverables, financial reconciliation, lessons learned, and transition to managed services or ongoing client operations where applicable

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience
  • Experience managing technology implementation or digital transformation projects in a consulting or client-facing environment
  • Experience managing project budgets using labor hours, resource forecasts, burn rates, and estimate-to-complete
  • Demonstrated ability to identify budget variances and take corrective action before projects exceed planned hours
  • Experience developing and managing project schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery forecasts
  • Strong understanding of project scope management and change-control processes
  • Experience managing risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams consisting of functional and technical resources
  • Experience producing and presenting project status reports to client and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working with Statements of Work, project assumptions, deliverables, and contractual commitments
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and workstreams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate project challenges clearly and objectively without allowing issues to remain unresolved
  • Ability to build productive relationships with clients, delivery teams, account leadership, and third-party partners
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to operate effectively within globally distributed delivery teams
  • Experience delivering Salesforce or other enterprise CRM/CX implementations strongly preferred

Certifications & Professional Development:

Professional certifications are strongly valued and are an important part of continued development within the TTEC Digital Salesforce practice. Relevant certifications include:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • SAFe certifications
  • Other recognized project management, Agile, or delivery management certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to maintaining relevant professional certifications and continuing to develop their knowledge of Salesforce delivery, project management methodologies, and emerging technologies. The Project Manager is not expected to serve as the Salesforce Solution Architect or primary technical authority but should maintain sufficient Salesforce platform and implementation knowledge to effectively plan, manage, and govern Salesforce engagements.
