Its centralized CORE platform provides shared enterprise services, including IT, designed to standardize operations and scale support across the organization. Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a centralized technology support team, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting across enterprise systems and cloud-based environments.
The role will focus on diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting users and internal teams, and helping maintain reliable technology operations in a distributed global environment. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, systems, and infrastructure.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents and service requests. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based environments and services. Support AWS and/or Azure environments as part of day-to-day technical operations.
Collaborate with internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Escalate incidents when necessary and follow issues through to resolution. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and technical procedures.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements in support processes and system reliability. Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Follow established support, security, and operational procedures.
Qualifications and Job Requirements To be based in LATAM. Professional senior experience in technical support, IT support, systems administration, cloud support, or a related technical role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, particularly AWS and/or Azure . Understanding of cloud infrastructure and common enterprise IT environments. Ability to investigate technical issues across applications, systems, and infrastructure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders. Experience working with ticketing, incident-management, or IT service-management processes.
Strong documentation and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and manage issues through resolution. English proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with global technical and business teams.
Experience with additional cloud, infrastructure, networking, scripting, monitoring, or automation technologies is a plus.
