About this roll (Responsibilities)*
- Independently own launch readiness planning for a portfolio of moderately complex, multi-team product launches, from initial scoping through close: partner with Product Managers to identify downstream impacts, tier each change based on customer and Toaster impact, and build the enablement plan a launch needs to succeed.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Care, Onboarding, Customer Success Managers, Learning Design, Knowledge, and Training, and become a reliable source of knowledge for the product area you support
