About the Role
Strengthen our team of Senior Raters and make a significant contribution to the creation of high-quality validation data that will significantly influence the further development and quality assurance of leading search engines and AI technologies. This flexible remote activity offers you the opportunity to use your analytical skills and research expertise to evaluate search results and AI-generated content, while contributing to the development of high-quality AI systems.
Your Daily Work as a Quality Assurance Rater
In this position, you will analyze and evaluate search results and AI-generated responses. With your evaluations and feedback, you will help to continuously improve the performance of AI models and the quality of search results. With your work, you will ensure high quality standards and guarantee the accuracy that our customers trust. You will handle various rating tasks, analyze content with great care, conduct research for informed decision-making, and identify ambiguities in guidelines and potential inconsistencies in task descriptions. Furthermore, you will participate in training and calibration sessions and provide your feedback to continuously develop and improve rating processes and guidelines.
Your Tasks
- Evaluation of search results and AI-generated content regarding quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
- Conducting online research to verify information and for informed decision-making in evaluations.
- Consistent application of rating guidelines while adhering to high quality standards.
- Documentation of special cases, gaps in guidelines, and task-related issues.
- Creation of clear written justifications and feedback on evaluations, if required.
- Participation in training, calibration sessions, and regular quality reviews.
- Meeting productivity requirements while maintaining consistently high work quality.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is €20.60 per hour. Payment is based on successfully completed tasks.
