Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition. The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will collaborate closely with the rest of the People Operations team, leaders and hiring managers from across the organization to support the identification, selection and hiring of world-class talent. The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for fostering a thoughtful, deliberate and rewarding candidate experience and hiring manager experience while executing against an annual hiring plan for our full-time, part-time, contingent (contractor and leased) hires.
Every day will be a challenge, but every month brings new opportunities for an organization that is quickly becoming a household name in disaster response. This position reports to TR’s Director, Talent Management and is based remote anywhere within the United States.
Duties:
- Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for full-time and contingent staff, including job descriptions, job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer recommendation, background checks, and onboarding activities, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to hiring managers, providing consistent updates and guidance on recruitment strategies, interview processes, candidate selection, and hiring best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle, including intake, sourcing strategy, vendor coordination, onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding activities.
- Create, maintain, and update recruiting tools, templates, guides, and standard operating procedures to support consistent hiring practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. Actively contribute ideas, best practices, and innovative solutions to optimize recruiting operations and workflows
- Work with Associate, People Ops & Reporting to generate ongoing reports and dashboards, and present hiring plan progress and metrics to People Ops leadership on a regular basis
- Serve as a primary administrator and in-house expert for the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse as well as other Talent Acquisition platforms utilized by Team Rubicon.
Education and Background:
- 2-4 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably within a complex scaling or high-growth organization; or equivalent experience with demonstrated success building effective, front to back recruiting pipelines
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, et al), LinkedIn and various online sourcing methods and CRM/ATS tools (Greenhouse ATS preferred)
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Job Type:
- Full-time; salary, exempt
Pay Range:
- $70,875.43 - $92,126.36 per year
