About the Role

Empower every company to deploy any ideas. We aim to simplify the complex aspects of product development through engineering. Taylor envisions a world where the boundaries between business and engineering are removed, allowing anyone to become a product creator. We are looking for individuals who resonate with this mission.

What Taylor Offers

We deliver value through two main pillars, using AI to democratize ERP and solve the operational challenges of every company.

One is the development of the AI Native Headless ERP platform "Tailor Platform™". We aim to redefine ERP, which forms the backbone of businesses worldwide, making it flexible and scalable with an AI-first approach to both its construction and end-user experience, thereby maximizing corporate value. Our challenge in this era is to redesign business logic with AI Agents as a premise, creating a core system that can be handled by both humans and AI.

The other is Professional Services. This business deeply engages with customer operational challenges using the Tailor Platform, handling everything from pre-sales to problem identification, solution design, implementation, and delivery. We go beyond backend construction on the Tailor Platform to include frontend development, business consulting, and IT strategy/PMO support, directly addressing customers' management issues.

These two pillars are not independent. Insights gained from the front lines of Professional Services feed back into the Tailor Platform, and the evolution of the Tailor Platform accelerates problem-solving in Professional Services. Creating this cycle is at the core of our development style.

The Market Taylor is Challenging

The ERP market is a massive industry, accounting for about 30% of the entire software market. It is projected to reach $73 billion globally by 2026 and double to $281.5 billion by 2035 (Precedence Research). The domestic market is also expected to grow from over 5 trillion yen in 2024 to over 8.5 trillion yen by 2029.

However, more important than the market size is the fact that a large number of unresolved operational challenges remain in this domain. As the global trend shifts from "all-in-one packages" to "combinations of Best of Breed SaaS," companies are constantly facing questions about how to assemble complex business processes, the extent of automation, and how to integrate AI.

As pioneers in this field, we stand at the forefront of addressing these questions.
