About the Role
You have several years of experience in software development and are ready to take on more responsibility? You would like to lead a team of experienced developers (m/f/d) or set the technical framework as an architect (m/f/d)? Then you are in the right place. For our clients in the healthcare sector, we develop specialized applications and highly specialized data exchange systems/portals with different technology stacks. We are looking for your experience and motivation to strengthen one of our development teams.
Job Responsibilities
Your tasks include:
- Full-stack software development with modern technologies (Java/Spring/Angular/Relational Databases/Containers, and more)
- Design and implementation of state-of-the-art architectures
- Architecture documentation, preferably according to the arc42 approach and UML
- Ensuring compliance with standards and high quality throughout the entire software development process (e.g., through code reviews or pair programming sessions)
- Responsibility for implementation in development projects in a partially English-speaking team in close exchange with colleagues and customers
- Support in the preparation and execution of customer appointments
Required Skills & Experience
This is how you convince us:
- Project experience and very good knowledge of Java and modern web and cloud technologies
- Preferably demonstrable experience as a lead developer (m/f/d) or architect (m/f/d) of a project team with eight or more stakeholders
- Experience with the development of CI/CD infrastructures based on Gitlab-CI
- Experience with the use of Atlassian development tools (especially Jira, Confluence)
- Interest in the conception and programming of web-oriented, modular, and business software solutions
- Very high communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor
- German language skills at least level C1, and English language skills at least level B2
