This individual will report into our Product Management Team Lead and own several complex, cross-functional Customer Experience initiatives at once, driving each from research through launch and post-launch analysis with significant autonomy. They will set the vision and goals for their initiatives, help prioritize them against broader business objectives, and raise the bar for the product practice by improving delivery standards and mentoring junior product managers. This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY X times per year for internal meetings and team building activities.
